About Gracias Studios Wedding Photography and Videography

Your wedding day is one of (if not the) most important days of your life and everyone wants lasting memories of the day, to keep for a lifetime.

At Gracias Studios we journal your special candid and natural moments as they occur throughout the day, many of which were unseen on the day, but will bring back the special joy of the day.

We offer a range of options to suit you and help you tailor your choices according to your need and budget. We will offer our support and be transparent to give you peace of mind and assurance that all aspects are covered.

Starting point We start with a customer consultation to help you crystallise your thoughts and determine your preferences. You can call or email as many times as necessary as your event date draws nearer.

Our coverage includes (but is not limited to)

• Engagement photoshoot
• Bridal, Groom Prep and Bridal party
• Arrival @ venue
• The Ceremony
• Group photos of the Couple, bridal party, family and friends
• The reception
• Evening party

Before the event  A few weeks to your event a second consultation is offered to to help clarify your choices and give us the opportunity to prepare you, for what you will need to do on the actual day (including posing and smiling for the camera).

On the day of your event your Photographer(s)  will arrive early and set up in chosen locations (having scouted out the best locations to site themself). Throughout the day the photographer will mingle with guests to capture candid moments, catch natural groups mingling and having a good time and also capture all the special moments of the day.

After your event   An agreed no of images can be uploaded to the Gracias website on the client gallery (accessed by client password) within 14 days. We will also offer an agreed no of social platform friendly digital images within 24 hours so you will be able to share images on your social media platforms. Your choice of products will determine the post production timescales  and all these would be discussed and agreed during the consultation sessions.
