About Mobile Bar Hire

From our mobile bar hire services, we can offer you our bars that come with any necessary equipment and serve a selection of beers, wines, spirits, and cocktails (see example drinks attached). The hire of these includes staff and glass hire as well as a tailored drinks menu, which we will design with you in our initial consultation.

We have several packages available and are open to adjusting them to suit your needs.

 

• All-inclusiveThe All-Inclusive packages operate on a pay per person scheme. By choosing an All-Inclusive package you get unlimited drinks for a 4-hour period from our bespoke menu. You can increase/decrease the time included in the package if required. please do not hesitate to contact us for more details. Minimum 30 people to be eligible.
• Dry Bar HireThis Package will suit you best if you are only looking to hire a mobile bar from us and you would prefer to supply your own spirits, soft drinks, and other necessary stock for service. If so, let us provide you with a mobile cocktail bar, highly talented mixologists, cocktail waitresses, and cocktail-making equipment. We will work with you to create the perfect bespoke cocktail drinks list and we will also write your very own shopping list.
• Pre PaidA package with a pre-agreed amount of drinks and services. We tailor a personalized menu to suit each event perfectly. Please do not hesitate to contact us if any more details are required.

• Cash Bar HireWe will organize your license which we also pay for, supply a fair price list and provide you with a full range of drinks during the event. Prior to the start of the event, you will be charged for bar hire at a cost of £380 + VAT for a minimum of 4 hours of service. Your guests will then pay for drinks over the bar using a credit/debit card. Please do bear in mind that a minimum spend of £10 + VAT per head is required for this service.. in the event that the minimum spend is not reached, the organizer will be contractually bound to pay the difference.
