Hi, I’m Beth, a professional pastry chef based in Bournemouth, Dorset. I’ve been baking my way through life since I can remember and am so happy to be able to create bespoke cakes and bakes for you!

Originally from Swansea in South Wales but now living in Dorset, I spent a large proportion of my career as Head Pastry Chef at The Green House Hotel, Bournemouth. Here I was given the freedom to use my imagination and constantly create new and tasty desserts, cakes…and as many things as I could out of flour, butter and sugar. Now I’m a dedicated cake-decorator, and I love making your ideas into edible form.
