They are super luxurious and beautifully packaged, but more than that, Willie is all about flavour. His award winning Willie’s Cacao chocolates are all made from fine single estate cacaos and 100% natural ingredients. And he makes everything from scratch, even roasting the nuts for his delectable Praline Truffles and hand making the caramel for his luscious Salted Caramel Pearls.
Being a cacao farmer himself, he buys all his cacao Direct Trade, paying a higher price premium than Fair Trade.
